Set against lightly washed walls, a palette of patinated zinc, textured brickwork and rich walnut was defined, creating an overall direction that strikes a balance between luxe and informal. Seating became social and comfortable throughout with lounge style chairs and plush banquettes. Maintaining the elegance of the location, lighting was introduced to enhance the buildings feature ceiling, creating a sense of dynamism in the upstairs space. This is further explored in the branding which aims to give plant based eating a contemporary voice and powerful voice, utilizing indulgent photography alongside slick typography and a muted colour palette.
